Sportsmanship Award / Male Swimmer of the Year / Scholar Athletes
This season the Pennridge GIRLS Swimming and Diving Team has won the SOL Continential Conference Sportsmanship Award. This Award is voted upon by the league coaches and expresses the team that shows the most sportsmanship through competition throughout the year. Congrats to the girls for their exemplary conduct as shown though this award.
We also want to congratulate RJ Phiambolis on being selected the SOL Continential Conference Swimmer of the Year....
Kyle VanLeer took first-place finishes in the 100-yard butterfly and the 200 individual medley, as Pennridge defeated Central Bucks West, 110-73, in Suburban One League Continental Conference boys swimming on Tuesday.
Also for the Rams, Robert Phiambolis won the 200 freestyle and the 100 breaststroke. Both Phiambolis and VanLeer also swam on a pair of winning relays....read article
The Pennridge swim team is trying its best to accrue points during meets and send as many individuals to districts as possible. The boys and girls teams have worked hard, fed off the senior leaders and opened eyes. The Rams’ program has arrived as it has qualified 22 of the 38 Rams for districts already and number is growing by the week....read more
